Is referring my clients to a credit-repair company legal? What are my exposure points?

Yes. Referring a client to a credit-repair organization that complies with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) is legal in all 50 states. There's no licensing requirement for you to make a referral. Your only exposure point is making representations you can't back up — which is why we don't make guarantees and we don't ask you to. You're recommending a service; we deliver it.
What will my client actually pay?

Plans range based on case complexity. Our consumer pricing is publicly listed at getcreditconnect.com — your client sees the same plans you can. There are no hidden fees, no upfront charges before work begins (federally required), and a three-day right to cancel after enrollment. We bill clients directly, not you.
How long until they're ready to come back to me?

Most clients see meaningful improvement within 60–120 days, with full plan completion typically inside 6 months. Severe cases (multiple charge-offs, recent collections) take longer. We update you when your client hits milestones so you know when to re-engage them.
What if my client doesn't qualify or enroll?

There's no obligation either way. If we can't help them or they choose not to enroll, you've lost nothing. We don't charge you, we don't penalize you, and we'll still let you know what happened so you can plan your next move with that client.
Are you licensed to operate in my state?

We accept clients in all 50 states. Our headquarters and the majority of our active client base are in Texas. Where state-level CSO (Credit Services Organization) registration is required for client work, we maintain or are pursuing the appropriate registration.

You re-engage them directly. There's no fee, no commission, no platform between us — just a return of the client you originally trusted us with.

After approval, you'll get a partner welcome email with a one-page script, a client-facing handout, and language you can copy-paste into a text or email. It's all designed to feel like a recommendation, not a hand-off — because that's what it is.
Do you pay referral fees or commissions?

No. This is intentional. Federal credit-repair law and state-level CSO statutes create real compliance risk around cash compensation for referrals to credit-repair organizations. We avoid that risk by building the partnership around recovered revenue and reciprocal referrals — which, frankly, are worth more than any flat referral fee anyway.
